Our hair extensions are indeed heat-resistant up to 180’c. They can easily be straightened or curled using a flat iron as it is natural human hair. Though we recommend to be more careful with blonde or lighter coloured hair as it may cause some damaged since they have previously been bleached.

Yes they are! Start by gently moving any tangles first. Soak the extensions in cool water, then rinse with any shampoo & conditioner to thoroughly cleanse the hair. After asking, dab the extensions dry with a towel without running and let it dry. By adhering to these simple steps, you can maintain the lustrous appearance and longevity of your hair extensions.

As our hair are real human, you are able to dye it of any colour. However, if you are not a professional, we highly advise against bleaching the hair as it could potentially damage the extensions if the correct formula are not applied.

We are a made-to-order company, which means the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received. The production itself takes about a week and the shipping often takes 5 working days. This indicated that the product should arrive to you two to three weeks after your order has been confirmed.

Nevertheless, we have products that are already in stock and are ready to be delivered. Once an order has been confirmed, a packing process will start and will be shipped the following day. The products should then arrive to you within a week or so, giving that the shipping takes 5 working days.
